Businesses Encouraged to Apply Before Funding Deadline
Suffolk County, NY — WA Public Relations Company announces the Trellus and Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce (LIAACC) Delivery & Marketing Grant Countdown, urging eligible Suffolk County small businesses to apply for the grant program before funding is fully allocated.
The LIAACC Delivery & Marketing Grant, funded through Suffolk County’s JumpSMART Small Business Downtown Investment Program and supported by federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding, provides up to $2,500 in delivery and marketing support to qualifying small businesses in Suffolk County.
The grant program is administered through a partnership between Trellus Same-Day Local Delivery & Marketplace and the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce to help small businesses compete in the digital economy by offering local delivery and targeted marketing services.
Background on the Grant Program
The Delivery & Marketing Grant is part of Suffolk County’s JumpSMART initiative, launched to support downtown business growth, economic recovery, and long-term competitiveness for local businesses. Through this initiative, LIAACC secured funding to distribute approximately $125,000 in grants to eligible Suffolk County businesses.
Grant recipients receive:

The program is designed to help small businesses stabilize operations, expand their customer base, and compete with large e-commerce platforms by offering delivery services and improved marketing visibility.
