The African American Small Business Foundation launches in NY to provide services to small business owners in New York with a focus on Downstate, New York. Phil Andrews is the President of New York State’s largest African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. and is the Founding President of the African American Small Business Foundation. The African American Small Business Foundation, Inc. is a 501 c 3 Not-for-Profit organization.
He is a Past President of a local chapter of 100 Black Men of America, Inc. having served two terms as President. Phil was also the New York District Office of the United States Small Business Administration 2019 Small Business Champion for 14 Counties in Downstate New York. In 2019 the New York District Office of the United States Small Business Administration named Phil Andrews as its 2019 Small Business Champion for 14 counties in Downstate, New York. He has been named to City and State Magazine Top 100 Power List on numerous occasions.
