A legacy of elevating women’s leadership continues with the 2026 theme: HER VOICE, HER CULTURE, HER LEGACY, HER POWER
Hempstead, NY (Long Island) — January 22, 2026 — The International Women’s Conference (IWC) will mark International Women’s Day with a full day, in person convening at Hofstra University on Saturday, March 7, 2026 (10:00 AM–5:00 PM), bringing together women leaders, advocates, entrepreneurs, and community partners for a high-impact program focused on leadership, culture, and legacy.
Guided by the 2026 theme — HER VOICE, HER CULTURE, HER LEGACY, HER POWER this year’s conference will spotlight the ideas, strategies, and real-world pathways women are using to lead in business, government, media, education, and community life, while strengthening opportunities for the next generation.
A proven platform with a growing footprint

Over the years, the International Women’s Conference has built a reputation as a regional hub where women come to connect across industries, amplify emerging and established voices, and leave with practical tools from leadership development and career growth to entrepreneurship, wellness, and civic engagement.
Past conferences have served as a place where attendees:

- Discovered resources for professional advancement and business growth
- Engaged in candid conversations about the barrier’s women face—and the solutions that move communities forward

In 2026, IWC expands this legacy with a program designed to help attendees turn inspiration into action through learning sessions, keynote conversations, speaker spotlights, networking, and opportunities to connect with vendors, sponsors, and community organizations.
