For more than a decade, LIAACC’s leadership has played a pivotal role in expanding access to capital, strengthening business education, and elevating the voice of Black entrepreneurs in regional and statewide economic conversations.
John L. Scott — Chairman and Founder *Deceased: As Chairman and Founder, John L. Scott established the vision that transformed LIAACC into one of New York State’s most influential minority business organizations. His commitment to economic development, financial empowerment, and regional collaboration laid the foundation for a chamber and served and during his life he served as a trusted advocate for small businesses navigating growth, policy, and opportunity.

Phil Andrews — President: Under the leadership of President Phil Andrews, LIAACC has entered a period of accelerated growth and heightened visibility. Andrews has expanded strategic partnerships, increased membership engagement, and positioned the Chamber as a respected voice both locally and nationally. His leadership has helped secure recognition, strengthen programming, and advance initiatives focused on access to capital, workforce development, and long-term sustainability for minority-owned enterprises.

Rose Ward — Vice President: Rose Ward plays a key leadership role within LIAACC, contributing to the Chamber’s operational strength and community engagement efforts. Her work supports the Chamber’s mission by helping to connect entrepreneurs with resources, programming, and opportunities that foster business stability and growth. Ward’s leadership reflects LIAACC’s commitment to inclusive economic development and hands-on support for small business owners.

Jordan Isaac — Suffolk County Director: Jordan Isaac brings strategic insight and forward-thinking leadership to LIAACC, supporting initiatives that strengthen the Chamber’s impact and reach. Through his role, Isaac contributes to program development, stakeholder engagement, and initiatives designed to help minority-owned businesses scale, compete, and thrive in today’s economy.
