New York, New York – The Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc.’s (LIAACC) President Phil Andrews was honored as one of the Top Chief Officers on Long Island by Herald Newspapers owned by Richner Communications.

The Top Chief Officers awards was held on November 20th, 2024 at the Heritage Club at Bethpage

The Top Chief Officers Awards recognizes and honors deserving top leaders including chief executive officers, chief operating officers, chief technology officers, chief human resources officers, chief sales officers and regional presidents who have significantly shaped how we do business on Long Island.

Categories for Top Chief Officers include accounting and banking, education, entertainment and hospitality, health care, human resources, labor unions, not-for-profits, real estate and development, technology, tourism, transportation, and utilities.
