New York, New York – Minority Enterprise Development Week (Med Week) is held annually in Downstate, New York. The Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce will present its Second Annual MED WEEK. It will be hosted at the Town of Hemstead’s Town Hall Pavilion. The inaugural event for this year’s Med Week will be held on October 10th, 2023 from 8:00 am to 1:00pm.
This year’s MED Week is hosted by the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc., African American Small Business Foundation, Inc. and the 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc.
The LIAACC is New York State’s largest African American Chamber of Commerce.Minority Enterprise Development Week – MED Week Offers a venue for minority-owned firms to access information, tools, and resources to grow their businesses both domestically and internationally through networking events, workshops, and issue forums.The events that compose MED Week are meant to raise awareness among minority business owners, and the larger business community!
