New York, New York – The 1st Annual Inaugural Minority Enterprise Development Week launch is set to be held on Long Island October 11th, 2022

New York, New York – The 1st Annual Inaugural Minority Enterprise Development Week  launch is set to be held on Long Island October 11, 2022. The event will be hosted by the African American Small Business Foundation, Inc. and the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc.  The foundation is a 501 c 3 Not-for-Profit Tax-Exempt Organization. The foundation supports the programs and activities of the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc.

Minority Enterprise Development Week (MED Week) Offers a venue for minority-owned firms to access information, tools, and resources to grow their businesses both domestically and internationally through networking events,workshops, and issue forums. The events that compose MED Week are meant to raise awareness among minority business owners, and the larger business community.

The Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. is New York State’s largest African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc.

The Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. was founded in 2010 and is New York State’s Largest African American Chamber of Commerce and the Metro New York District of the U.S. SBA 2019 Small Business Champion for Downstate, N.Y. LIAACC, is a participating organization in the Community Navigator Pilot Program. LI African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc., a participating organization in the Community Navigator Pilot Program, is funded in part through United States Black Chamber’s grant with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
