About: Founding President – African American Small Business Foundation, Inc. – Phil Andrews is the current President of the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (LIAACC) and President-Emeritus of Black Public Relations Society-New York. He is a Past President of a local chapter of 100 Black Men of America, Inc. having served two terms as President. In 2019 the New York District Office of the United States Small Business Administration named Phil Andrews as its 2019 Small Business Champion for 14 counties in Downstate, New York.
